The Area
The East Wind Inn & Suites is located in the heart of Mid-coast Maine at the gateway to Penobscot Bay - one of the most beautiful stretches of the Maine coast. Here you'll find dozens of islands, historical lighthouses, art museums, outdoor activities, and protected harbors filled with working lobster boats. We are close to the Monhegan boat line, ideal for day trips to the lovely and renowned island.
Onsite Dining
Our chefs pride themselves in offering exceptional dining to our guests and the public. Savor your breakfast, included with each room reservation, on the porch as you watch boats come in and out of the harbor. In the evening, sample fresh and local fare in the Harborview Bistro or Quarry Tavern. Kids menus are available and dogs are welcome on the wraparound porch and outdoor dining areas.
