The Grounds
Enjoy the many shared waterfront spaces throughout the property. Relax in Adirondack chairs overlooking the harbor, gather around the outdoor firepit, dine al fresco, or sip a glass of wine from a porch rocker.
You’ll also find our famous Quarry Tavern—perfect for a friendly game of darts or cornhole—as well as the spacious Lookout Room, stocked with books, games, puzzles, a television, microwave, and refrigerator.
The East Wind offers ample complimentary onsite parking and high-speed Internet for guest use.
For guests traveling with electric vehicles, we offer a ChargePoint EV charger on the property. Moorings are also available nearby through the Tenants Harbor Boat Yard for those arriving by boat.
Pet-friendly Rooms
Bring your four-legged friend along for your stay at the East Wind on the Water! We welcome dogs up to 75 pounds in Rooms 20–29 of the Captain’s House. While rooms and suites are deep cleaned after each stay, guests with dog allergies—or those who prefer a pet-free vacation—may wish to stay in the Sail Loft building.
Dogs are welcome in our outdoor dining areas and on the wraparound porches, but they are not permitted in shared indoor spaces. A $50 pet fee per stay is due at check-in, and a maximum of two dogs is allowed per room.

Hotel Amenities
All guest rooms are non-smoking and include a private bathroom, cable television, heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a new mattress for a comfortable night’s sleep. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, and a hair dryer, with additional toiletries available at the front desk.
Suites and larger rooms can accommodate a rollaway bed for a third or fourth guest, and we keep a Pack ’n Play onsite for families traveling with little ones.
Each morning, coffee, water, and tea are available in the lobby and Lookout Room. Guests are welcomed with local chocolates from Wilburs upon arrival.
